Darren has an extensive background in organisational change, marketing and communications and digital transformation across several industries and large international companies.
Darren is currently the CEO of GoSee, as well as being Chair for digital transformation agency Hype & Dexter and until recently was a director for Auckland Transport. Prior to this he was CEO at Yellow New Zealand where he led its transformation into New Zealand's largest digital marketing agency for small to medium sized business and saw it win an award for its work on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Darren is passionate about customer engagement and building diverse and inclusive cultures.

Gordon joined TSB in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer.
Gordon brings strong international industry CFO experience to TSB and has held previous CFO roles within Kiwibank, WSP Opus and most recently state sector organisation Transpower. He has led several businesses through mergers and transformations and his commercial acumen, leadership and extensive financial management skills will support TSB to successfully deliver business outcomes.
His experience across Scotland and New Zealand has earned him a strong track record in creating highly engaged teams. He's highly driven with an empathetic, down to earth style, and is adept at balancing a fact-based and intuitive judgement approach.
Gordon holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Bachelor of Accounting and Economics from the University of Strathclyde and is a current member of the Scotland Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Graeme is an accomplished professional with more than two decades of experience in the financial sector. His skill in risk strategy, transformation and operational delivery has taken him around the globe and seen him work in highly regulated locations such as London, Delhi, Sydney and New York. At TSB Graeme is responsible for leading the evaluation and mitigation of significant competitive, technical and regulatory risks TSB may face, while optimising best practice. Graeme enjoys mentoring and inspiring teams through coaching with integrity and empathy. When not at work he combines his love of travel with his love of cycling, having journeyed thousands of kilometres across Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and Australia.

Kate brings strong legal and risk management skills to TSB, with a deep understanding of compliance and risk frameworks. She is a qualified lawyer with over 30 years' experience in financial services and governance.
Kate has spent significant time working within in-house legal teams at banks, both within New Zealand and overseas - including Mizuho Corporate Bank, Barclays Capital, ANZ NZ, and most recently at Westpac NZ.
Kate is an experienced audit and risk subcommittee Chair, and currently sits on the Boards of Vero and Asteron Insurance and the NZ Housing Foundation.

Kerry became TSB's CEO in January 2024. Kerry has joined at an exciting time for TSB as the bank continues its journey transforming into a more modern, digital-focused business, and achieving its vision of being the easiest bank to deal with.
Prior to joining TSB, Kerry held a number of senior roles in financial services. She brings more than 17 years' banking experience in senior roles at ASB Bank and Kiwibank. Most recently she held an executive role at Southern Cross Health Society, as Director, CareHQ and Chief Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience Officer.
Kerry's deep banking and financial services background spans both retail and small business banking, where she has held numerous roles from leading customer facing teams in branches and contact centres, all the way through to product, marketing, running agile teams and delivering risk and compliance projects.

Larissa has extensive experience as a financial services and legal leader having held roles across banking, insurance, managed funds, corporate, regulatory legal and governance in New Zealand and the UK. At TSB she is responsible for leading the bank's legal and regulatory affairs team, with a focus on driving and implementing strategies to ensure good customer experience and outcomes. Larissa's interest in digital legal inspired her to establish the New Zealand FinTech Regulatory Roundtable in 2017, a forum where industry players, lawyers and regulators build collaborative relationships and connections, and address challenges to FinTech innovation. This passion for using her skillset to help New Zealanders is one of the reasons Larissa is proud to work for TSB.

Liana has a legal background with a strong focus on Treaty of Waitangi, Māori land and Māori governance. She has served in governance positions for the past 20 years and currently holds a vast array of governance roles across a range of iwi organisations, private trusts, charitable trusts, Māori land entities and statutory bodies.
Liana also serves as a Trustee for the Bank's shareholder, Toi Foundation and is proud to be following in the footsteps of her grandfather Ted Tamati who was a foundation member of the then TSB Community Trust and served as a Trustee from 1988 to 2001.

Mark is a professional Chair and Director with a passion for leading and shaping businesses as they grow and transform. Following a successful 25-year executive career, Mark has spent more than 15 years in a wide portfolio of director and chair roles across financial services, FMCG, manufacturing, automotive and transport, health, education, investment and primary sectors with public, private and Crown entities. He has extensive experience in finance, audit, risk and assurance areas.

Based in Wellington, Melanie Templeton has extensive governance experience spanning both public and private sectors in fintech, agtech, and digital banking. She most recently served as the Chair of PledgeMe Ltd, as well as an Independent Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee for MTF Finance Ltd and Xerra Ltd. She has also been a Committee Member on Inland Revenue's Risk and Assurance Committee since 2017.

Mike is Deputy Chair and Director of TSB Board in addition to Chair of the Audit Committee. He has an extensive history working in governance and executive roles across professional services, health, primary industries, and technology sectors.Former partner of professional services firm PwC and CEO of law firm MinterEllisonRuddWatts, he is also currently director and Audit Committee Chair of Silver Fern Farms Limited, director and Audit Committee Chair of ProCare and Homecare Medical (Healthline), and chair of technology company MiMoMax Wireless Limited.

Natalie is a leader with her finger on the pulse of both the business world and the arts realm. She has spent close to two decades in the financial services sector working across product management, marketing, brand, distribution channel management and strategy.
Natalie founded her own marketing consultancy in 2012, Home of the Brave and today has a portfolio of business interests in addition to her TSB directorship. She has held a number of governance roles, including with the Vodafone Foundation and New Zealand's largest not-for-profit arts crowdfunding platform, Boosted.

Nick is an experienced senior leader in the product, customer experience and digital domains with over 17 years' experience working for market-leading consulting firms, design agencies, and major UK financial services institutions.
During this time Nick has gained significant experience in setting up and leading product teams with a focus on human-centred design. Nick is an engaging and collaborative leader, with a passion for ensuring products are designed based on data and true human needs, that they are innovative and deliver value for customers.
At TSB, Nick leads the Product and Marketing division, with a focus on ensuring the bank continues to evolve its proposition for our customers, while uplifting the experience to meet the needs and expectations people have of a modern, customer-focused organisation.

Roxanne leads TSB's technology business strategy and market-leading experiences for internal and external customers.
Roxanne is well known for bringing her business expertise into the technology sector. She is an influential and inspirational leader who has specialised in Digital Transformation across large enterprises.
Roxanne has held leadership roles in the digital world in the insurance, banking, telecommunications and publishing industries. Her expertise in transformation, innovation and disruption has been influenced by the changing economies of these industries.
Roxanne enjoys translating the ever-changing face of technology to other parts of the wider business and her anchor point has always been a fervent advocate of the customer experience. Roxanne is an experienced public speaker and known as a high energy, talented communicator and motivator. She is also a passionate supporter of women in sectors where they are underrepresented.

Steve is our People and Culture lead with more than two decades of human resource experience across the banking and utilities sectors. Prior to returning to TSB in 2025, he ran his own consultancy practice supporting organisations across New Zealand. Steve is skilled in all aspects of People and Culture.
In his role at TSB, Steve is responsible for ensuring the bank has the right workforce to achieve our business strategy whilst maintaining TSB's authentic, people-centred, culture. He has a strong track record of aligning people strategy with business objectives, leading change, and developing high-performing teams.
