John M. Donahoe - President

Graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater in 1971 and immediately began working in the construction business for a large land developer in Chicago (Plaza Excavating). Started a commercial general contractor company in 1976, developing numerous national clients working mainly in Chicago and the midwest. (Southland Corporation, McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Kentucky Fried Chicken, etc. In 1981, the Southland Corporation requested that John relocate his company to Dallas and build 7-11 convenience stores for their southwest division. In addition to the Southland Corporation, John continued building for his other national clients and developed numerous new clients, expanding the operation to the entire contiguous states. (Pier 1 Imports, General Foods Restaurants, Toys ‘R' Us, Office Depot, Exxon, Church's Chicken, numerous local and regional developers, etc. Trinity heritage construction was formed with 2 other partners in 2000 and is located in Rockwall Texas. Over the years, 2 of the partners have become involved in other endeavors leaving John as the sole owner of Trinity Heritage. Trinity has completed an extensive portfolio of projects including schools, commercial malls, site development projects, stand alone commercial buildings and for the last 5 years, high end finish outs, primarily for Burberry USA, Stuart Weitzman and Estee Lauder companies. John maintains control of daily operations and is directly responsible to his clients to follow through with commitments regarding quality, budget, communications and timeframes.

Karen Carter

Karen is approaching her 3 year mark with Trinity Heritage. Karen has spent most of her professional career working in the fire alarm and sprinkler industries. Karen is timely, professional, unselfish, and also has a strong work ethic. Karen currently is responsible for project close out, the administrative project bid process, and assists with all aspects of project administration. Clients and subcontractors enjoy dealing with Karen because of her always positive, helpful and accommodating attitude. Karen has a bright future with Trinity Heritage and we are pleased to have her on our team.

Kathrine E. Donahoe

Kathy attended Texas A&M University, has traveled extensively, spent numerous years with Southwest Airlines and has been a controller for the construction and retail business for over 10 years. Kathy is highly qualified, has full control authority at Trinity Heritage and is a primary ambassador of good will and trust with our clients and subcontractors.

Lynn Carter

Lynn is the newest member of the Trinity Heritage family. Lynn holds a degree from UConn and has multiple years of office and admin experience. She currently helps with our bid processes, accounting duties, and close out. Lynn is always eager to help with any task brought before her and she is extremely organized and punctual. Lynn's superior customer service expertise is such a delight to all customers and clients as well as with her fellow coworkers. She is a true joy to work with and we are all eager to see her grow with the company.

Stan Brasuell

Stan is a leading expert in construction management, with over 25 years in the industry and hands-on experience in every facet of the construction, including an array of hospitality, big-box and boutique retail, residential, and churches. Stan has an extraordinary track record on a variety of large-scale projects and has managed the completion of over 6 million buildable square feet of construction. Stan has a myriad of notable experience ranging from field superintendent, project manager, project executive, to operations manager. Stan is responsible for the overall performance and success of each project within his charge, and manages the flow of information from the client, design team, and subcontractors while simultaneously accounting for the project budget and schedule, site safety, and quality control issues. As a project executive, Stan is responsible for the daily operation of projects under his supervision including management and coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure successful completion that is within budget and adheres to time constraints. He has negotiated, written and awarded subcontracts; developed scheduling and logistics and phasing plans; consulted with clients, architects, engineers and contractors; and ensured compliance within contract documents. Stan's expertise is actively sought by clients. His strengths include, project programming, design coordination, entitlements, estimating, operations and business development.
