I'm Paul Willett and I "Thank You" for taking a look at my business. My business, True Fret Guitar, is based on providing a quality service at a reasonable price. On the repair side, I will provide you with a free estimate on the services I offer. If I do not offer a particular service that is required to fulfill the repair of your instrument - I will refer you to another quality service shop that I have aligned my business with. If by chance you do your own guitar repairs, I typically have the quality part needed for your repair again at a reasonable price. I work by appointment only to ensure a reasonable turn around of your instrument, and if you are to order parts from me by mail - those parts will be in the mail no later than the next day.
