The Waterfront Hotel is a small relaxed family run hotel on the square in Baltimore Village, West Cork. We have a mix of standard and superior rooms most with a view of Baltimore Bay and harbour and all with a simple fresh coastal style... The Waterfront 3 star Hotel is made up of 12 guest bedrooms, Jacob's Bar, The Lookout Restaurant and is also associated to our family budget restaurant next door, La Jolie Brise Pizza & Grill... The Lookout Restaurant is situated upstairs over Jacob's Bar enjoying spectacular views of Baltimore Bay & the Islands from its 25 foot panoramic window. Open on a seasonal basis from 6.30 p.m. serving a range of set menu options specialising in locally caught fresh fish and shellfish. Our philosophy has always been fresh local ingredients, simply prepared in classic French bistro tradition. Our signature Fruits de la Mer platters are an institution in themselves which the Jacob Family have enjoyed serving up to our loyal customers for over 40 years.
