P66SP is able to lay out nine full size high-quality grass soccer fields and two lighted turf fields for the youth and adult soccer programs of Whatcom County. The Whatcom Sports & Recreation (WSR) is a 501(C)(3) non-profit corporation that operates and maintains the facilities for the benefit of Whatcom County citizens without any taxpayer funding.
