A decade before starting Wilson Technology Group, Inc. in 2006, Robbie Wilson's IT career began in a support role for a small software development company in Charlotte, NC. It was there, through intense on-the-job training and experience, that Robbie began supporting all aspects of technology for the small business world. Later transitioning to the large corporate life in the banking and textile industries, he was able to learn and conduct IT at the enterprise level. Having done both, Robbie had a strong desire to start his own IT company to bring that enterprise-level value and skill back to the small business arena where it all started for him.
