YASMIN TAYLOR ACADEMY OF DANCE

The Yasmin Taylor Academy of Dance is an established dance school of over 20 years offering weekly dance classes in ballet, tap, and modern dance classes for 3 year olds and upwards... In all the methods of dance that the Academy offers, we aim to encourage and develop (in addition to a firm technique) a sense of artistry, musicality and a joy of movement. We endeavour to help pupils to develop their own talents and abilities so that they can realise their ambitions. Many of our past pupils have gone on to professional careers in dance, stage, and film. Past pupils have kept close ties with the Academy coming back to offer workshops and master classes, sharing their expertise and knowledge of the industry... Shows and choreography competitions are an integral part of the Academy's activities to develop performance and staging skills. We also offer the opportunity to take part in Festivals and Dance Competitions around the country.
