WAVES BOAT & SOCIAL CLUB - Key Persons
He is in charge of keeping the fleet up and running for our members. He and his mechanical staff organize the service, repairs, order and/or source parts, break in new boats and prepare them for the fleet, manage the service center as well as overseeing the the dockstaff and their needs. He is the guy that "gets things done"...he is fast, diligent, smart, and creative; since his inception into this role, the fleet is close to 100% up and running at all times.
Aaron was born in Wooster, Ohio. He moved to Florida in 1982. He was formerly in the PGA as a golf professional for 15 years, most recently as a head professional.
Dockmaster - Bradenton & Sarasota Aaron is in charge of the boats and docks for our Bradenton & Sarasota locations. He takes care of our valuable members by helping them and their gear on and off the boats. He helps to maintain the fleet, he cleans, troubleshoots, etc. He is extremely helpful, friendly and detail oriented with a strong knowledge of boats & the waterways.
Reservationist/Sales Associate Anne Marie is a part of Waves Staff/family member. She works out of our Cortez location helping members with the boat reservations. She also is available to work with in Bradenton if you would like more information about our club or would like to join. Anne Marie will usually be the one answering all weekend calls and to help cancel or book reservations.
Dockmaster Phillippi Anthony is in charge of the boats and docks for our Phillippi location. He takes care of our valuable members by helping them and their gear on and off the boats. He helps to maintain the fleet, he cleans, troubleshoots, etc. He is extremely helpful, friendly and detail oriented with a strong knowledge of boats & the waterways.
Dockmaster Cortez Brandon is in charge of the boats and docks for our Bradenton location. He takes care of our valuable members by helping them and their gear on and off the boats. He helps to maintain the fleet, he cleans, troubleshoots, etc. He is extremely helpful, friendly and detail oriented with a strong knowledge of boats & the waterways.
Carissa started the Waves Boat & Social Club concept/business in October 2004. After acquiring her first boat, she opened the doors to Waves in January 2005.
Dockmaster - Palm Harbour Dalton is one of the guys in charge of the boats and docks for our Englewood location. He takes care of our valuable members by helping them and their gear on and off the boats. He helps to maintain the fleet, he cleans, troubleshoots, etc. He is extremely helpful, friendly and detail oriented with a strong knowledge of boats & the waterways.

Fred is Waves assistant boat mechanic. He keeps the fleet running and our members/staff happy. He is a major key to our ongoing success. When problems arise Fred does his best to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Dockmaster - all locations Jacob is in charge of the boats and docks for our all of our locations. He takes care of our valuable members by helping them and their gear on and off the boats. He helps to maintain the fleet, he cleans, troubleshoots, etc. He is extremely helpful, friendly and detail oriented with a strong knowledge of boats & the waterways.

Dockmaster - Venice John is one of the guys in charge of the boats and docks for our Venice location. He takes care of our valuable members by helping them and their gear on and off the boats. He helps to maintain the fleet, he cleans, troubleshoots, etc. He is extremely helpful, friendly and detail oriented with a strong knowledge of boats & the waterways.
Dockmaster - Venice Michael is one of the guys in charge of the boats and docks for our Venice location. He takes care of our valuable members by helping them and their gear on and off the boats. He helps to maintain the fleet, he cleans, troubleshoots, etc. He is extremely helpful, friendly and detail oriented with a strong knowledge of boats & the waterways.
Mike is Waves head boat mechanic. He keeps the fleet running and our members/staff happy. He is a major key to our ongoing success. When problems arise Mike does his best to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible.

Steve is in charge of the boats and docks for our South Sarasota location. He takes care of our valuable members by helping them and their gear on and off the boats. He helps to maintain the fleet, he cleans, troubleshoots, etc. He is extremely helpful, friendly and detail oriented with a strong knowledge of boats & the waterways.
Reservationist/Sales Associate Tony is a part of Waves Staff/family member. He works out of our Cortez location helping members with the boat reservations. He also is available to work with in Bradenton if you would like more information about our club or would like to join. He is always willing to answer any questions or help in any way.

Tonya is at our Stickney Point office Mon - Friday 8am to 3pm. Tonya can help with joining our club, marketing questions or any accounting questions you may have. If you haven't met Tonya please stop by and introduce yourself.
Tonya was born and raised in Michigan, she is married, has two great kids, and two amazing grandbabies. Tonya moved to Florida in May of 2017 and joined our team in August of 2018. Tonya is a very important piece to our business running smoothly everyday. She goes above and beyond for every member by answering all questions and concerns almost immediately.
