Mr. Tan Eng Fei is the CEO and sole proprietor of the company.
Mr. Tan is a Registered Surveyor and holds a degree in Bachelor of Applied Science (Surveying) with distinction from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers, the Australian Institute of Surveyors, and the Singapore Institute of Management.
Mr. Tan has many years of experience in the area of surveying, mapping, GPS, 3D laser scanning, BIM, Reality Capturing, and Information Technology.
After obtaining his degree in 1986, Mr. Tan was employed as a lecturer at the Singapore Polytechnic. While at the Polytechnic, he specializes in teaching Geodetic Survey, GIS, CAD, and Land Surveying. In addition to his teaching duties, Mr. Tan was also the computer system manager for the department and was engaged as a consultant to various surveying companies. Mr. Tan also serves in various professional bodies and committees that are involved in the field of survey and mapping while teaching at the Singapore Polytechnic.
In addition to survey and mapping, Mr. Tan has a lot of experience in the field of 3D laser scanning, BIM, Reality Capturing, GPS, GIS, and software programming. In 1997, Mr. Tan developed the first GIS-based digital map to be used in-car navigation systems in Singapore.
