More recently, William moved from a Fortune 500 company to a hyper-growth Silicone Valley tech startup. He is tasked with building out and managing the Global Strategic Partnerships team to ensure: growth of accounts (increase sales), flawless delivery of the services/products we provide (maximize client sentiment, and therefore, retention), deep and thorough collaboration within internal matrix organizational structure (leadership and cross-team alignment) and provide consultative approach to working with our clients (innovation and partnership). In summary, the Strategic Partnership team is responsible for ensuring our most business-critical clients are happy, loyal and continue to invest in our company.
