What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? I wanted to move to a Product based company that is growing and has a good value proposition for its customers. Decisions happen to check the boxes for me and my interview with Gordon helped me know more about the company and the people.
What do you like about working at Decisions? I absolutely love the product and the thinking that goes into automating a business process. Also, I like the people that I work with. These two aspects bind the culture together which makes Decisions a happy place to work.
What do you look forward to learning or doing in the future at Decisions? I look forward to contributing to grow our organization into a global brand, to help our clients better with customers' first approach, and make our Partners in APAC successful.
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? I was attracted by the product because it was a very good opportunity to build the system which allows non-programmer people to build software and make their lives easier without special skills.
What do you like about working at Decisions? I have never had a boring day at Decisions. Every new task is a challenge where you need to gather the necessary information, think about all of the possible solutions and choose the best one. I am delighted after each completed challenge. And of course, I like the people I work with. Every day I'm convinced that they are the best.
What do you look forward to learning or doing in the future at Decisions? I'm looking forward to learning new technologies which will bring new capabilities for our customers. I can't wait to find new ways to improve product quality and make it better
Brian Wai heads Finance and Accounting at Decisions, bringing over 15 years of experience leading and scaling finance organizations in the SAAS and health technology industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Brian holds a Master's in accounting from Ohio State University and a BBA from George Washington University.
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? The opportunity to join a growing company and help the company grow in a mission that I believe in and one that I think will be successful. I heard about decisions from a recruiter at TEK systems, I wasn't even looking for a job but the passion in which he talked about it really helped to sell it, and then I found out I had a friend that worked here and in talking with her, really helped to hear how great of a company it was.
What do you like about working at Decisions? The coolest thing here is getting to interact directly with customers and be apart of their process. I like to believe what we are doing is making a huge difference for not only the customer directly, but also for all the people they work with as well.
What do you look forward to learning or doing in the future at Decisions? I am really excited for the release of 7.x and to start offering support for that, as well as learning new and exciting tools and industry standards to grow as a technical professional.
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? I loved that Decisions was so drastically different than any other corporation I had worked with previously. Decisions truly cares about their customers and each other in a way that is genuine, and I am excited to reflect that difference in our brand.
What do you like about working at Decisions? Again, it's about the people here at Decisions that make me enjoy coming to work each day and feel at home. Everyone is passionate and skilled at what they do. It's my hope to match that passion with everything I produce here at Decisions.

Heath Oderman co-founded Decisions and has been leading its development and delivery teams since 2010. Heath is a self-described workflow and rule nerd and is passionate about helping organizations automate and optimize business processes. Prior to Decisions, Heath held positions in development at Symantec and Transparent Logic.
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? The opportunity to join a growing company and grow with it.
What do you like about working at Decisions? New challenges everyday and willingness of everybody to make the product better for customers.
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? The product is phenomenal and something that I would have definitely purchased in my previous positions at other companies. I wanted to join the ride!
What do you like about working at Decisions? Decisions has a great culture, that is face paced and nimble. We love to serve our customers and it shows in every interaction I have here.
What do you look forward to learning or doing in the future at Decisions? I started as employee #22 and we're up to 160 in a few short years. I can't wait to see where this adventure will take us next.
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? I loved the small company workplace that Decisions had established when I came in. I love that everyone seemed like friends and genuinely enjoyed working together.
What do you like about working at Decisions? I love problem solving and group thinking out solutions. No one is alone in anything they are doing with the company. Help is always around.
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? My college football teammate Dylan Roberts, a member of the Professional Services team, recommended I look into Decisions because he thought I'd be a good fit for the role. Once I got the chance to use Decisions I began to see how powerful the tool was and I was excited to learn more.
What do you like about working at Decisions? I like the team atmosphere and the culture of Decisions. One of the most impressive things to me is that everyone here wants to see you WIN and be successful.
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? What attracted me to Decisions was the idea of creating applications in a no code platform. Then when I tried it after the interview I saw the potential in it.
What do you like about working at Decisions? I like that i get to work for a lot of different companies. So I get to see how many different industries work.
What do you look forward to learning or doing in the future at Decisions? The software is always expanding so just learning how that could expand the capabilities of the current features.
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? Coding is my passion and Decisions always update its product to use cutting edge technologies, that is the most which inspired me to work with Decisions.
What do you like about working at Decisions? I love challenges to solve problems, even after working on Decisions since day one, there are still many things for which I have to snatch my hairs daily.
What do you look forward to learning or doing in the future at Decisions? Looking forward to many more happy customers using the product without any issues.
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? I was looking for an innovative job role where I could flex my brain in creating something tangible that people end up using, and I've always been drawn towards technology and science so it was a perfect match for me.
Kristin Dabney joined Decisions with over two decades of business and HR experience. She was the Global VP of HR at HireRoad and has experience developing and leading people strategies. Kristin holds a BBA from Oklahoma Baptist University, is a Newfield Certified Professional Coach, and has her CliftonStrengths® Coach certification from Gallup, Inc.
Maria Wilson is responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives. With over a decade of experience in strategic marketing, demand generation, and brand management, she has successfully driven growth and market penetration for global cloud technology companies. Maria holds a bachelor's degree from Wellesley College and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid.

What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? I was looking for a new opportunity in the Channel space and after meeting a few people at Decisions and learning about the product I was sold! I joined because everyone I talked to seemed happy and excited about the future of the company!
What do you like about working at Decisions? People ask me all the time "do you like your job?". Truth is, I love my job! The culture here makes you feel comfortable to ask questions and seek help with open arms. The company values and atmosphere is like no other!
What do you look forward to learning or doing in the future at Decisions? I look forward to watching our team grow around the world and expanding our partner and customer base. I can't wait to see how the product expands over the years!
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? I was contacted by one of my friends about an opportunity in a low-code platform. I was training myself for a software background, and hearing about low-code was a go-to chance for me. Once completing the training, I was approached with an offer from Decisions, and I grabbed it with both hands.
What attracted you to Decisions? Why did you join? I've been working with Decisions founders and key developers since the time of Transparent Logic and I had no doubts when they invited me to join their new startup in 2011.
What do you like about working at Decisions? I enjoy creating and building an incredible platform for people which is based on a ton of code where I feel comfortable. Seeing and communicating with my great colleagues everyday is another honor I have at Decisions.
