Mr. Cheung has over 20 years of experience in the design of power, lighting, communication, security, and fire alarm systems. Mr. Hidalgo has 26 years of experience in mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering design for commercial and industrial projects including project management and construction support. As Principal, he is responsible for managing projects and providing guidance and support in company management, marketing, and long-range strategic planning. His project experience includes detailed engineering design of HVAC/Cleanrooms, plumbing, and fire protection systems, preparation of plans and technical specifications for various commercial, industrial, transportation, military, airport, and maritime facilities. Ms. Huynh has over 15 years of design engineering experience with projects involving energy efficient lighting, electrical distribution for commercial, industrial, government, and transportation applications. She also has experience with communication systems such as fire alarm, public address, and data systems design. She has prepared lighting and load calculations, drawing plans, specifications, and cost estimations. She also has experience with project management and coordination with clients including field visits and meeting attendance. Ms. Huynh is skilled in both design and production and has been trained in both AutoCAD and Revit. Sh e has been employed with YEI since 2007.

Mr. Lam has over 40 years of electrical engineering experience in design and design supervision of industrial and commercial power systems, including planning, design and construction support of power generation, distribution and control facilities. He is experienced in project management, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, economic evaluation, feasibility studies, systems evaluation, value engineering, conceptual, preliminary and detailed design, equipment procurement and bid evaluation. Mr. Lam is a registered Professional Electrical Engineer in the states of California, South Carolina, Oregon, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, as well as Virginia. He has been employed with YEI since 1987.

Moon H. Yuen, P.E., an Electrical Engineer, formed Yuen's Engineering Company as a sole proprietorship in August of 1975 in San Francisco, CA. Prior to founding his own company, Moon worked for Bechtel for twenty-seven years where he completed hundreds of design engineering projects. Some of his work was summarized in eighteen important technical papers including the low voltage heating of motors for which he was awarded a U.S. patent. "Short Circuit ABC," the most well-known of his technical papers were published in 1973. Throughout his professional career, Moon was a dedicated educator. He organized and taught numerous seminars and classes, which included the powerful MVA method. In 1991, Moon was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and was recognized for his "contributions to electrical distribution system analyses and synthesis including the development of simplified methods of determining system transient conditions". In October of 1975, Moon hired Weston Fenner, P.E. and in January of 1976, the two engineers formed a partnership called Yuen-Fenner and Associates. In August of 1977, the partnership was dissolved in favor of the corporation and became Yuen-Fenner, Inc. In October of 1977, Douglas Yung, P.E., formerly with PG&E and Bechtel, was invited to join the firm as a Director. In March of 1980, both electrical and mechanical engineering services were offered with the addition of Harding Jung, P.E., Mechanical Engineer to the firm. In 1981, the company relocated its headquarter to Hayward, CA making the San Francisco location a branch office. With the departure of Weston Fenner from the firm in 1983, the former corporate name of Yuen-Fenner, Inc. was changed to YEI Engineers, Inc. (YEI) in March 1984.

Mr. Mallillin has been practicing mechanical engineering with an emphasis on HVAC design and industrial mechanical design. He has extensive experience in City, State, Federal, Military, transportation and scientific projects. His diverse experience also includes plumbing, fire protection, site water distribution, water treatment and pumping stations. He has developed plans and specifications for new and retrofitted facilities by using functional analysis conceptual design theories and energy efficiency utilization. He has designed facilities with LEED certifications and is also a LEED Certified Professional. He participated in numerous value engineering sessions with various agencies. He is also familiar with the NFPA, Building, Plumbing and Mechanical Codes and Standard Mechanical and Plumbing Practices. Mr. Mallillin is a registered Mechanical Engineer in the State of California. He has been employed with YEI since 1994.
