Adam Combrinck

Adam joined the Termes Partnership in July 2014 having previously provided IT consultancy services to the Partnership. He has over 12 years of IT Engineering and Architecture experience in the Banking and Finance, Legal and Media sectors. Adam's career has included roles at Lloyds of London, Schneider Trading Associates, Trowers & Hamlins and VTB Capital. In 2013 he founded his own IT services business and provides IT Infrastructure consultancy services to various clients in London. Adam has a reputation as an accomplished professional with an in-depth knowledge of IT and a proven ability of translating business needs into technical solutions. Adam holds accreditations with major IT software and hardware vendors as well as Project Management methodologies.

Brenda Hanna

Brenda Hanna has been involved in the Termes Partnership since its inception in 2002. Brenda provides financial accounting support and expertise to the business. She started her career with Bank of Nova Scotia in Dublin and was part of a project team that implemented a complex treasury and derivatives trading risk management infrastructure for the bank in London.

Guy Warner

Guy was a Partner from 2005 until 2014 when he became a Consultant to Termes whilst training as a vascular and obstetric ultrasound specialist. Guy returned as a full-time Termes Partner in 2015. Guy has over 25 years' experience in institutional and private asset management. From 2005 to 2013 he was involved in the establishment and development of a family office with over USD 1 billion in assets.

Howard Weisberg

Howard Weisberg joined The Termes Partnership in 2005. He has worked for a number of commercial banks in a wide variety of roles including credit supervision, legal affairs, investment and marketing. Since 1990 Howard has held senior banking and relationship management positions at a number of private banks. Howard holds a number of executive and non-executive board positions. He has been appointed to these roles by family offices to help establish their objectives, core values and operational procedures. He chairs family meetings, providing guidance as to how, when and who should make investments and charitable donations. Howard also mentors, watches over and protects passive, inexperienced or young shareholders and executives particularly in dealing with property investments. He is also a qualified Commercial Mediator. Howard was educated in law at the University of Kent and then was awarded a scholarship to study business at City University. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.

Wadih F. Hanna

Wadih has over 40 years experience in corporate finance, banking and asset management. He established The Termes Partnership in 2002 and built it into a business that today advises families with a combined net wealth exceeding £3 billion. Whilst a Partner at Termes he has advised a client in a bid to acquire 32 UK hotels with a value of £400 million, provided end to end project management for a new 5 star hotel in West Africa and managed a project to develop an international airport. He was also lead project manager advising two major European banking groups on IT projects in their Central & Eastern Europe subsidiaries and he structured, funded and launched a London residential property investment company. Wadih has led 3 start ups in international private banking and asset management including Private Bank & Trust (later EFG Private Bank) and Riggs International Private Banking. From 1970 to 1989 he was with The Bank of Nova Scotia in a number of roles, establishing the bank's presences in Cairo and Dubai. He returned to London in 1980 and worked in several senior credit risk management roles in the London regional office for EMEA. Wadih was educated at the American University of Beirut and the University of Western Ontario.
