Unlike YA books designed to appeal to particular audiences or reading aptitudes, these novellas have universal appeal for teens regardless of race, gender, intellectual interests or reading ability. The reading level of the book actually becomes a neutral element of the process because the content is dynamic and relevant to teens. Our experience in the classroom has shown that all students enjoy reading this book.
