Access Publishing Co. was founded by a consortium of professionals with years of experience related to the enforcement and application of various codes governing handicap accessible design and construction within the United States... Our backgrounds include extensive experience in the construction industry. We perform ADA related review and inspection functions for the State of Texas, and provide ADA seminars and training for our various clients. We also perform due-diligence surveys of existing buildings and facilities and provide expert witness services in the legal arena.
