Providing structural design for the Architectural trade as a part of their working drawings and permit process. Having a special working relation with almost every governmental agency within the Southern California Area. Experienced project manager for large developments to include pre-design and design-phase, project coordination, construction supervision and related coordination as project manager, on site, for many private and public construction projects located in Southern California for the past 25 years.
