ANCHOR HATCHES

P&E Manufacturing was established in 1988 as a local welding, machining and metal fabrication shop. In 1995, P&E started manufacturing access hatches for commercial fishing boats, due to local demand and our strong ties with the local boatbuilders. Seeing their success and their great feedback on our products, we then created our marine division, Anchor Hatches and started selling our products worldwide. We've since added grab rails, seat posts, rudders, shafts, propeller nuts, and Coast Guard certified fuel tanks and hydraulic tanks to our lineup. Our second hatch design "Quick Release" followed shortly after... Up to now, commercial fishermen have been the primary target market of our products. Lately, we have taken the extra step and had some hatches powder coated to be more appealing to the pleasure boat / yacht / sailboat market. We are able to work with other companies to have some hatches coated with synthetic teak material. Recently, we've had some hatches and grab rails..
