ArchGroup, Inc. was incorporated in 1987 by Mark Mittereder providing architectural design, construction management, real estate development, and property management services in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Mr. Mittereder is a registered architect and a past member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) for over 30 years. He also has 23 years experience in real estate development as an employee and consulting for premier Washington D.C. area real estate development companies. The range of completed projects include new office buildings, commercial interiors, retail stores & restaurants, medical offices, laboratories, parking garages, multi-family housing, and religious facilities. Some of the construction management projects depicted on this website were completed as an employee of, or as a consultant to, these companies.
