Ed Ryland founded Ryland Enterprise, Inc., in Houston, Texas, in September 1986 as a real estate brokerage firm and vehicle for trailblazing inclusion into the commercial real estate industry. He also served as lead real estate counsel to the Houston Astros Baseball Club in land acquisition and site control matters related to developing their $290 million downtown retractable roof baseball stadium. Before forming his law firm, George served as an Assistant Harris County Attorney in its Eminent Domain and Ad Valorem Tax divisions.

George N. Wyche, Jr., Esq. is the Executive Vice President of ARVO Realty Advisors, where he is chiefly responsible for the firm's business development and strategic planning initiatives. Before joining ARVO Realty Advisors, George was engaged in the private practice of law for 14 years, primarily specializing in real estate, real estate finance, and entity counseling and formation. Tiffany Ryland serves as Associate Director for ARVO Realty Advisors and is responsible for innovative and creative commercial real estate solutions for small business and corporate sectors. Her marketing prowess extends beyond traditional real estate practices to web and social media-based campaigns. Tiffany has a diverse professional background, including Oppenheimer Holdings, CBRE, and international trade analysis with Georgia Pacific. Her experienced diversity combines real estate expertise with marketing and financial proficiency to create a unique cross-industry approach to each project. Tiffany employs advanced problem-solving abilities to streamline processes, increase efficiencies, and invent sophisticated solutions to complex problems.
