DAN WALKER - COO

Dan Walker leads Atlas's operations with precision and efficiency. With two degrees in mechanical engineering from MIT, his experience with lean manufacturing and lean/agile product development for electronic and mechanical systems has helped Atlas execute impressive growth with constrained resources since its founding. Under Dan's leadership, Atlas's engineering and manufacturing team has generated the world's highest performing tactical access equipment, critical for end users and test labs alike with its rugged reliability and ability to pass stringent Government tests on the first try. Dan also has architected and implemented Atlas's ISO 9001:2015 compliant quality system. He is also an avid mountaineer and climber.

Gino Kahaunaele

Gino Kahaunaele leads Atlas's global sales efforts with deep experience in the top tiers of Special Operations, Government acquisition, and Combat Development.

Nate Ball - CEO

An energetic MIT-educated leader and acclaimed innovator listed on dozens of US and international patents, Nate Ball is driving the company upward through its largest expansion since its founding in 2005. A recipient of the prestigious Lemelson-MIT Student Prize, his passion for reaching new customers with Atlas's innovative and lifesaving products spans every aspect of the company from the technology itself through new business opportunities and expanding Atlas's world-class team. Nate is also the Emmy-winning host of the PBS Kids engineering TV show Design Squad, the author of two children's science book series published by Harper Collins, and a sought-after public speaker and TV personality whose appearances include the Discovery Channel, History Channel, many news outlets, and numerous talks in the TED sphere.
