Dr. Esi Ansah - CEO

Dr. Esi Ansah describes teaching as her "first love" and believes life is about self-discovery and scalable transformation. She enjoys facilitating learning journeys for people both in and outside the classroom. Esi is the founding partner and CEO of Axis Human Capital Ltd. She serves as the key Corporate Trainer for Axis clients. She uses Axis to provide mentoring and career coaching to students, working professionals, and retirees. Esi is a certified ICF (International Coaching Federation) Coach and a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner who uses the Insights Discovery (personality profile) system in performance and leadership coaching. Esi has taught courses, including Leadership and Human Resource Management at Ashesi University, using creative strategies in student-centred learning. She is highly engaged in various initiatives in her academic community, leading to several awards from students, including The Most Outstanding Faculty Member and the Most Inspiring Faculty Member. Esi is active in her community, and founded the Association of Ghana's Elders (AGE) to address the needs of senior citizens in Ghana - a topic she is deeply committed to, to the point of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in July 2015 as part of her awareness creation and fundraising campaign. Dr. Esi Ansah is a founding partner and the CEO of Axis Human Capital Ltd. She serves as the key Corporate Trainer for Axis Clients and uses Axis as a platform to provide mentoring, career and life coaching to students and working professionals. Esi is a licensed Insights Discovery practitioner who uses the Insights Discovery (personality profile) system in performance, and leadership coaching. Esi is also an Adjunct Professor at Ashesi University College where she teaches Leadership. Beyond her love for teaching and facilitating students' self-discovery journeys, Esi is also engaged in various initiatives at Ashesi. Esi is a Fellow of the Aspen Institute's Africa Leadership Initiative - West Africa (ALIWA), and is also a Vital Voices 2015/2016 Fellow. She is the Founder of the Association of Ghana's Elders (AGE) and is very involved in civil society. She chairs the Advisory Board for the Association for Research on Civil Society in Africa (AROCSA), and also serves on the Advisory Boards of a number of organizations. Esi's academic and professional/career interests include Service Delivery Systems, Service Quality, Human Capital Development, Social Entrepreneurship and Public Sector Reform. She earned her Bachelor's degrees in Psychology, International Affairs and French from the Florida State University, graduating with three Bachelor's degrees in three years cum laude (with honors). She also holds a Master of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Master of Science degree in Public Service Management from DePaul University in Chicago. She holds a PhD in Public Administration from Rutgers University in New Jersey.

Eva Richter-Addo

Eva Richter-Addo is the Group Head of Human Resources at Enterprise Group. Eva has worked with big brand names like AI Energy, KPMG, the Agricultural Development Bank, and Zenith Bank, where she worked as Chief Corporate Services, Group Head-Corporate Services (ADB, Zenith Bank) respectfully. Eva's knowledge in Human Resource Planning, Management Dynamism and Decision-Making has adequately yielded enormous results, leaving a mark on the companies she has served. Eva is currently a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners. (IHRMP) Ghana and an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD-UK). Karen Asafu Adjaye

Karen Asafu Adjaye is a Programmes Management Executive with over 15 years of experience in systems implementation, project delivery and technology consulting. She has worked for big brands such as Tullow oil, where she was responsible for implementing and managing the Ghana Business Unit's Performance Management frameworks. She has held various internal marketing roles that have helped develop and monetise several websites and blogs. Karen has worked as an Enterprise Content Management specialist with experience working on projects in multiple countries and within the public service, media, financial services, energy and retail industries. Projects have ranged from short engagements for small clients to large, complex systems integration programmes. Her experiences managing all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through functional and technical design to operational readiness and deployment, have made her out of the ordinary. Karen has expanded her knowledge in Digital Transformation, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Web Analytics. Karen has a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, licenses and certifications from Squared Online, AXELOS Global Best Practice in Digital Marketing, and a PRINCE2 Practitioner, respectively.

Mr. George Adjei-Ampofo

George Adjei Ampofo is an ACCA finalist with experience in Private Equity, Accounting, Auditing, Corporate Finance, Taxation and Management Consulting, spanning over fifteen years in responsible positions. George is currently the Regional Head of Lango Real Estates Limited West Africa, overseeing assets in Ghana and Nigeria. Before that, George held the position of Portfolio Manager at CBRE Excellerate and Portfolio Finance Manager Ghana (Africa Buildings) at Broll Ghana Limited. His excellence has seen him managing the Finances at Accra Mall Ltd and overseeing the finance function at West Hills Mall, Accra Mall and Achimota Retail Centre.

Mr. Kofi Duodu Asomaning

Kofi Asomaning has tremendous experience in the real estate investment and development field. He is a founding partner for Keystone Real Estate, whichs services are real estate advisory, Design, construction and procurement. Kofi served as the Managing Director, West Africa of Capri Africa Ltd, where he was responsible for investment and asset management activities. Previously, he served as a Senior Manager, Real Estate West Africa for Stanbic Bank based in Accra, Ghana, as the Head of Real Estate Finance (Debt) and Real Estate Investments (Equity). Kofi is also a founding member of The Human Development Group, Ghana, a non-profit organization which empowers young people to discover and achieve their full potential. Kofi has also worked with brand names such as Ernst &Young, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, and Atelier Consulting Architects and has done some freelance Architectural Services where he worked as a Senior Consultant, Summer Consultant, Senior Associate Architect, Architect, Architect & 3D Visualization Expert, respectively. He has an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated Summa Cum Laude (first in his class) with a BSc. Architecture, Pg Diploma in Architecture from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi, Ghana. Kofi is a product of the Achimota School in Accra.

Mrs. Kafui Ama O. Noye

Mrs. Kafui Ama O. Noye is currently the Head of Executive Recruitment, Organizational Development and Client Relations at Axis Human Capital Ltd., managing the core business of Axis, namely Organizational Development and Recruitment services. Since 2011, Kafui has managed Axis in various capacities and has built very solid business relationships with its clients. Her experience in the last ten years spans several areas including recruitment and selection, providing advice on compensation negotiations, talent management and retention strategies in both the United Kingdom and Ghana. Kafui also serves as a facilitator for projects including teambuilding sessions for clients and advises clients on how to recruit and retain employees effectively. She uses Axis as a platform to provide valuable career advice to job candidates, mentoring many young professionals and ensuring success in their chosen careers. As an astute professional, she understands her client's needs and her remarkable negotiation skills have not only created value for Axis but has also helped all its stakeholders to get the best options in business relations. She has experience in providing technical solutions to clients - conducting job analyses and designing Job Descriptions and HR manuals and policies, performance management tools and also conducting salary surveys. Kafui is a licensed Insights Discovery Practitioner.
