Jordan Silver brings a wealth of real estate knowledge to Baker Development. With a background in finance, Jordan has underwritten over $1B of multi-family, office, retail and industrial real estate in his career. Jordan actively seeks new development opportunities and facilitates much of the development process from inception to completion. His role includes financial analysis, acquisition, due diligence, construction management, government approvals, property marketing and leasing oversight. His ability to quickly identify and solve problems makes him a valuable asset with respect to all types of real estate investment and development.

Kelly DeSchepper

Kevin Loftus

Kevin Loftus is experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential design and construction oversight including shopping centers, big/small box retail, mixed use, town home, adapt/re-use and brownfield properties. With architecture and construction management as his background, Kevin provides the team with quick evaluations of development opportunities and provides an invaluable expertise on achieving efficient/flexible designs and cost-sensitive construction techniques. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked at Ross Barney Architects on award-winning projects for Chicago Public Schools, Chicago Transit Authority, O'Hare Airport, and most notably the Oklahoma City Federal Building. Kevin is a licensed architect in the State of Illinois, State of Arizona and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.

Steve Korol

Steve Korol is experienced in all aspects of residential acquisitions and development including multi-unit, town home, single-family and brownfield development. Most recently, Steve pioneered the Asset Maximization Program (AMP) - a joint venture program with lenders designed to underwrite and enhance the value of fractured, REO properties as a higher-value alternative to a distressed asset sale. Mr. Korol's prior accomplishments include General Management and Senior Leadership across key business operating functions. As President of the Logistics division of $9B RR Donnelley (NYSE:RRD), Steve built a $700 million entity, which became the 6th largest non-asset based logistics providers in the US and brings his strong deal making skills and numerous banking/Wall Street relationships to the team.

Warren Baker - CEO

Warren Baker brings over 38 years of experience in all aspects of development including Brownfield/Superfund, commercial, residential and industrial development with a unique expertise in devising and executing sensitive political and complex construction-related strategies. Warren is passionate about the need for young men and women to have access to Vocational Training as an alternative to the college track and credits his four years of automotive Vocational Training at Evanston Township High School to advancing his professional career. Warren strongly believes that job skills learned through Vocational Training will "teach a person to fish so they can eat for a lifetime" providing disenfranchised youths with an alternative education, an opportunity to become gainfully employed and become a productive part of their community. To that end, Warren is the former developer, board member and contributor to Project HOOD in Chicago's Woodlawn neighborhood. Project HOOD is a new, 85,000 SF Vocational Training and Community Center planned at 66th Street and Martin Luther King Drive. Drawing on his personal vocational training education and professional development expertise to assist in making this new Vocational Training and Community Center a reality. Warren is a proud supporter of Holocaust-related charities, University of Chicago School of Medicine and Project HOOD.
