The company was incorporated more than 20 years ago. As part of our sevices at that time, a growing responsibility of our staff was adjudicating claims between patients and insurance companies for large employers. This involved working with physicians' offices, provider networks, fee negotiation, credentialing, claim payments, and tracking.
