In the worst case scenario you will have to leave a voicemail message and we will call you back as quickly as possible. This scenario though, is exceedingly rare as every night there is one person "on-call" who will have the office phones forwarded to their cell phone. This means that 99% of our calls are answered by a live person, even on the weekends and beyond normal business hours. We know that if you have a problem, that is something that is keeping you from selling cars and we work to get you back to normal as quickly as possible, usually on that first phone call...
