Anne Marie Willhite

Prior to responding to God's call to ministry, Anne Marie worked in Systems and Software Engineering. Her passion in her ministry is to enable and empower others to enter more deeply into relationship with God and others. Anne Marie Willhite holds a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and Master of Theology (ThM) from Boston College; a Master of Science in Computer Science (MSCS) from Steven's Institute of Technology, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Clark University. She is also a trained Spiritual Director, having received her training through Boston College and the Spiritual Direction Internship Initiative sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Boston. Anne Marie has worked in a variety of ministerial settings - hospital, parish, retreat and spiritual direction. In her spare time, Anne Marie enjoys spending time with family, reading, walking and snowshoeing.

Bonnie Dryden

Bonnie Dryden joined Bethany Health Care Center in July 2019 as Controller. In addition to earning a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western New England College, she has twenty years of experience as a Controller with St. Camillus Health Center in Whitinsville, MA. Bonnie lives in Hopkinton with her husband Scott and two pets, Logan and Lola. In her spare time, she is an avid reader and enjoys spending time with family. One of her favorite summer pastimes is spending time on a lake in Maine, boating and relaxing. She is excited to be a part of the Bethany team.

Catherine E. Sabatini

Catherine E. Sabatini is Bethany's Special Care Activities Program Director. A Certified Dementia Practitioner, Catherine is certified through the National Certification Council of Activity Professionals, with specific certifications in Memory Care, Activity Home Care. As part of Bethany's Memory Care interdisciplinary team she assists with dementia training, the Family Council and other interdisciplinary committees. Catherine serves on the executive board for the Massachusetts Council of Activity Professionals. She is also a committee member on the Regulation Team and on the Think Tank committee for the National Association of Activity Professionals. She has presented for the Alzheimer's Association and Leading Age. Outside of her work with Bethany, Catherine is involved with the Sisters of Saint Joseph of Boston Associates Program and the Doug Flutie Foundation.

Jamie Medeiros

Bethany's Director of Spiritual Care, Jamie Medeiros, is certified through the Sisters of Mercy Northeast Spiritual Direction training program. Jamie is rooted in the Catholic tradition, steeped in Ignatian Spirituality, honored to work with and learn from the Mission and Charism of The Sisters of St. Joseph. Prior to becoming the Director of Spiritual Care, Jamie worked as a Spiritual Care Minister at Bethany for almost three years. She enjoys being part of a Spiritual Care Team and feels great privilege in the ministry of presence and accompaniment practiced here. Jamie treasures the residents, hopes to help them live their spiritual lives every day, and to offer spiritual and sacramental support through all that comes. She hopes to act always with compassion. Before coming to Bethany, Jamie worked with a Retreat Team giving The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius in Everyday Life. Outside of her work at Bethany, Jamie loves to create art and continues to offer individual Spiritual Direction.

Jim Argir

Jim is the Executive Director of Bethany Health Care Center, responsible for oversight of all facility operations. Before joining the BHCC team he worked as General Manager for Sodexo for twenty-five years, serving 19 of those at Bethany. Jim's prior experience includes serving as General Manager at MetroWest Medical Center, and as a third-grade teacher in Medfield. A graduate of Framingham State University with a degree in elementary education and a minor business, Jim lives in Holliston with his wife Michele.

Mindy Agran

Job Titles:

Mindy Agran received both her Master and Bachelor of Social Work degrees with distinction, graduating magna cum laude from Boston University. She also received her associate's degree in marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. Mindy has been a member of the Bethany Health Care Center team since 1999, starting as a staff social worker and eventually becoming Director of Social Work in 2003. She brings many talents and experiences to her role as Director, integrating both her business acumen and social work background, and is an integral part of Bethany's clinical team. In her free time Mindy enjoys sailing, is a passionate baker, and loves gardening.

Terry Hodge - CHRO

Terry Hodge has worked in human resources for nearly fifteen years and has found her home at Bethany Health Care Center. As Bethany's Director of Human Resources since 2011, she is committed to fostering a trusting and diversified work environment, always looking for compassionate professionals who want to be part of Bethany's mission of providing the highest quality health care to our residents. Professionally, Terry has a Certification in Human Resources, her Nursing Home Administrator's license, and a B.S. degree in Management from Boston College. Personally, she enjoys laughing with our residents, watching her children build their lives, travelling with her husband, and cuddling with her dog.
