Mike Bevis at 20 years old started Bevis Construction Inc. and has in those years successfully built more than 400 custom homes including the largest mansions in Highlands County. He Also built numerous commercial buildings including: Alan Jay Ford, Alan Jay Toyota, Alan Jay Chevrolet, Sebring Golds Gym, Balmoral Assisted Living, and many more.
Mike started a national hospitality renovation division and is currently remodeling various large hotels from California to North Carolina.
Mike started construction working for his father doing structural concrete and learned to build structures from the ground up. He is very active and takes personal interest in all projects under his company umbrella. He is highly regarded as a quality builder that has integrity and fortitude, along with a strong desire, because of this when most failed during the economical recession his company and employees thrived.
Rodney brings with him 46 years of commercial construction experience as a project manager including the construction of: multiple school buildings, auto dealerships, large multiple story corporate offices, a yacht club, and a large country club, etc.
He is excellent at utilizing outlook express, excel and Paslog for developing a thorough timeline. Rodney is skilled at creating harmonious professional work environments with all pertinent employees, sub-contractors and owners, so effective communication is ensured. Jobs he oversees are completed with the highest quality within the agreed timeline and within project budget.
