Amanda is responsible for driving strategic partnerships and transactions to accelerate growth for Boulevard and its partners. Amanada identifies areas of collaboration, drives innovation and unlocks shared values. She works with clients throughout the mid atlantic regions, ranging from small to large-scale institutions in both the public and private sectors. Her experience in small business management, having worked on her own business and supported other developing businesses during the years has helped Boulevard develop a solid understanding of the effort and focus required to succeed in the construction industry.

As president, founder and CEO of Boulevard, Javed implements strategic direction of the company and coordinates all aspects of business growth, finances and new client relations. Since Boulevard's start in 2008, Javed has been instrumental in developing the business models for every area of the company. Through his leadership, Javed has successfully brought Boulevard to the forefront of the construction industry in the mid-Atlantic region. Javed's previous business ventures include a national mortgage firm, a regional IT company and a Maryland based real estate investment firm.
Rachael is one of our most experienced Project Managers. She has worked in the construction industry for many years, and brings our team a vast amount of knowledge from her past experiences in the construction field as well as the Airforce. Rachael has worked on many intensive and high demanding construction projects in both the public and private sectors. She is a great leader with the ability to manage any situation and prides herself on getting our projects completed on time and within budget. Rachael is a combat veteran who holds a purple heart. We are honored to have her on our line.
