BOOTAY BEVINGTON & NICHOLS - Key Persons
Prior to joining Bootay, Bevington & Nichols, Mr. Stephens served Allegheny County as an Assistant Solicitor in the Law Department from January 2001 until December 2015. During his tenure in the Law Department, Mr. Stephens handled thousands of cases appearing before Judges, Special Masters and Hearing Officers primarily in the Civil, Family and Orphan's Court Divisions of Allegheny County. Mr. Stephens also served as a Solicitor to the Board of Property Assessment, Appeals and Review of Allegheny County from 1996-2000.
Mr. Bevington practices in the areas of real estate and business law, particularly focusing on title insurance, real estate transactions, mortgage foreclosures and advising small businesses. Mr. Bevington appears frequently in federal and state courts in Western Pennsylvania.
