Broadside Investigative Group LLC was founded in 2011 by Todd Troutner, a former detective with a large northern Virginia police department (resigned in good standing). During his law enforcement career, which he is very proud of, Todd worked as a detective in both the Violent Crimes and Major Crimes Units.
