Ally Wilson

Job Titles:
  • ISMA Certified Fitness Instructor
Ally graduated from Kenyon-Campbell Business School where she majored in Travel & Tourism. Certified through AFAA as a Fitness Instructor since 1994, she has taught a wide variety of formats including Step, Floor Aerobics, Aqua, Cycle, Muscle Conditioning, Interval Training, Kickboxing, Pilates, Zumba® Fitness, Yoga, Tai Chi and Burdenko. She also spent some time as a Certified Personal Trainer from 2004 - 2010. Ally was a licensed Zumba® Fitness Instructor from 2006 - 2014. During this time, she auditioned and was selected by Zumba® to be one of the original groups of Zumba® Jammers teaching her own original Latin and international dance fitness choreography to other licensed Zumba® Instructors from all over New England. She currently holds certifications in Burdenko Level 1 & 2 and AAAI/ISMA Fitness Instructor, Tai Chi and Yoga Phase 2 Certifications. Ally's hobbies include spending time with her family and friends, riding her horse Lola and basically any outdoor activities that she can get into. Ally Specializes in creating fun, safe and effective choreography to help students achieve their goals. She believes that our bodies are like cars getting us from place to place while here on earth.

Andrew White

Andrew joined the FitPlan staff in September 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education from Bridgewater State University. Andrew personally lost 135 pounds which is what started him on his health and wellness path. Some of his many certifications include: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Group Suspension Trainer, AFAA G.E.A.R. Indoor Cycling, AFAA Sunrise Yoga Specialty, Animal Flow, PIYO, Cardio Sport, Reiki III, Water in Motion and is currently working towards his 200 Hour Yoga Alliance certification. His personal fitness philosophy: "Your path to health and wellness is a journey, not a destination. With that in mind, you should be enjoying the trip. You need to find a way to make fitness FIT into your life, not try to FIT your life into fitness. I want to help people find their fitness passion and help them find a program and or activity that they love to do for the rest of their lives. I like to think of myself as a tour guide along the road helping you along the way."

Briana Lackenby

  • Clinical Director
In addition to patient care Doctor Lackenby is the Assistant Clinical Director. Briana received her BS, MS and Doctorate from Boston University. She is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Certified Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 2 Medical Professional, and is a Certified Burdenko Method Instructor. Briana enjoys working with athletes, having been a regional competitive figure skater and achieving her US Figure Skating gold test level. Briana coaches children and adults at the Tony Kent Arena in South Dennis and has a special interest in golfers and breast cancer patients, having developed comprehensive programs for both clientele at Cape Cod Rehab. Briana feels it is also important to make time for yourself, make time to exercise and move every day.

Brittney Cleary

Brittney graduated from Springfield College in 2013 with a Bachelor's degree in Health Science and Psychology and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. She started her career at Cape Cod Rehab as a student during one of her clinical rotations and now treats patients in our Hyannis location. Brittney enjoys working with athletes and has experience with adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. She believes teaming up with the patient to break down the activities they want to get back to and equipping them with a concrete foundation to get them back and better than ever!

Christine Coyne

Christine is a graduate of Northeastern University, College of Boston Bouve Physical Therapy Program. She joins the team at Cape Cod Rehab following a career working with the orthopedic surgeons in Plymouth, MA. Christine has over 30 years of experience with surgical and nonsurgical orthopedic joint and spine rehabilitation, sports and soft tissue injuries, headache and TMJ pain management. She is a Jones Institute certified Manual Therapist and is currently working toward certification in Burdenko Method. When not in the clinic, Christine stays active dancing, biking, swimming and enjoying time with family. Christine's personal philosophy is "Life balance makes your world go round"

Damaris Marques

Damaris ("Dee") joined Cape Cod Rehab in August 2017 after receiving both her Doctor of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science from Springfield College. She is certified in Part I and Part II of the Burdenko Method and believes in a patient-therapist partnership where both are working together to meet the patient's functional goals. Dee is bilingual (English and Brazilian Portuguese) and lists crocheting as a hobby along with singing and a little dancing when no one is looking!

Doreen Besso

Doreen Besso, PTA is a graduate from Newbury College. She has training in balance, stroke and Level 1 of the Burdenko Method. Her rehab philosophy is, "It's not what therapy can do for the patient, it's what the patient can do with the therapy."

Eric Chandler

Eric is a graduate of Colby-Sawyer College with a BS in Exercise Science. He holds the title of Fitplan Manager and is a member of Cape Cod Rehab's Fighting Falls Balance Team. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified in Part I & II of the Burdenko Method, Certified FMS Specialist, and has also been trained in the TRX Suspension Training Method. Eric began working at Cape Cod Rehab in 2007 and has experience working with physical therapy patients and personal training clients of all ages, abilities, and medical conditions. Eric looks for his clients' strengths and uses those strengths to help them get the most out of each session.

Eric Wheeler

Eric received both his MS PT and MPE from Springfield College. He has been with Cape Cod Rehab since June 2002 and his treatment approach is rooted in Springfield's Humanics philosophy of educating the spirit, mind and body. Eric is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and holds concussion management certifications from ACTive and the NFHS. Eric completed his first Ironman Triathlon in October 2013 and was named a USA Triathlon All-American in 2014. His personal fitness philosophy comes from the 2014 Ironman World Champion, Sebastien Kienle: "Never judge your life because of one bad day. Judge it because of the BEST DAY."

Erin Womboldt

Erin received her BS in Health Sciences from Springfield College in 2016 and starting working at Cape Cod Rehab and Mashpee Fitness soon after. Erin is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified in Part 1 of the Burdenko Method, and BACCHUS Certified Peer Education. Erin is a member of the Cape Cod Rehab Fighting Falls Balance Team and leads the weekly Group Run in Mashpee. A former gymnast and collegiate track & field athlete, her hobbies include running obstacle course races, golf, aerial yoga, karaoke and playing the harp. She believes that exercise should be fun.

Jeanne Harlow PTA

Jeanne graduated from Westfield State with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and received her training as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Newbury College. Jeanne has special training in restoring Balance and Post-Breast Cancer therapy and has been trained in Level One of the Burdenko Method. She believes great outcomes are a product of Teamwork between the therapist, MD, patient and the patient's family. A golfer, Jeanne believes that staying fit requires both mental and physical stamina. Jeanne has over 15 years with Cape Cod Rehab.

Jodi Burgess

Doctor Burgess received both her Master's degree and Doctorate at Boston University and her undergraduate degree at Union College. Jodi is a Certified Burdenko Method Instructor and has received extensive training in spinal and extremity manipulation. She also has advanced training in Dance Medicine through the Harkness Center for Dance in New York City. Jodi has a special interest in working with dancers, figure skaters and equestrian athletes and had a unique opportunity to provide medical coverage at the US Figure Skating Championships in both 2002 and 2014 and the World Championships in 2016. Jodi's personal philosophy is summed up by this quote from Jane Savoi: "If you can dream it, you can do it."

Joe Carroll

Job Titles:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy
Joe is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and co-owns Cape Cod Rehab with his wife, Kathy. Obtaining his BS in Physical Therapy from Boston University, MS in Management from Lesley University and his Doctorate from EIM Institute of Health Professions, he is a lifelong learner. Board Certified as a Sports Clinical Specialist, Joe is also a Grand Master Instructor in the Burdenko Method. During his career he has worked at Sports Medicine venues including Olympic, World and National Championships as well as semi-pro, regional and local competitions. Joe's focus has always been on working with individual patients from all walks of life, athletes and non-athletes from the little leagues to Major Leagues and helping them overcome their injury and return to their sport or activity. Joe continues to run marathons as part of the Miles for Miracles Team raising money for Boston Children's Hospital. He knows what it takes to help athletes get to the level they desire.

Kathryn Carroll

Kathy is the co-owner of Cape Cod Rehab and received her BS in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University and her Doctorate from EIM Institute of Health Professions with a concentration in Musculoskelatal Management. Doctor Carroll is also Certified as a Level 1 Medical Professional through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) for golf fitness and injury prevention and a Certified Burdenko Method Instructor. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and with all types of orthopedic and sports injuries incorporating manual therapy techniques, land and aquatic exercise as well as kinesiotaping techniques. In addition to her clinical duties, Kathy is Cape Cod Rehab's Administrative Director, managing human resources, accounting and payroll. Kathy is a runner competing in races up to half marathon distance and knows what it takes to recover and stay injury free.

Laura Greene

Laura graduated from Austin College in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in biology and exercise/sports science. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019 from Harding University. After working in an outpatient physical therapy clinic in Hawaii for 3 years, she joined Cape Cod Rehab in September 2022. She is certified in Part I of the Burdenko Method as well as extensive training in vestibular rehabilitation. Laura believes in empowering patients to overcome challenges to help develop their own plan to achieve their greatest potential.

Meghan Keller

Meghan graduated from Bay State College's physical therapist assistant program with an Associates in Applied Science in May 2013. Her clinical experience includes extensive outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility care. Before becoming a PTA, Meghan served in the United States Army reserves for 8 years and is an Iraq war veteran. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and specific interests are injury prevention and sports specific rehabilitation. Meghan is a recipient of the 2018 Cape Cod 40 Under 40 awards, which spotlight the region's top young professionals. The awards honor those who excel in their industry and show dynamic leadership characteristics.

Rick Brown

Rick came to Cape Cod Rehab on his internship from Cape Cod Community College's Physical Therapist Assistant program and continued on during his education working as a PT aide. Upon graduation he began his career at CCR and has been here since August of 1996. Rick is a Certified Burdenko Method Instructor and enjoys working with patient populations from children to seniors, especially athletes. Rick has played most sports competitively and is a veteran of the US Army. In addition to his work as a PT assistant, he is also a Certified Pool Operator and takes great pride in the pristine warm water pool in the Hyannis facility. He is also the company Privacy Officer, training all employees and keeping CCR HIPPA compliant. Rick lets his patients know that he wants them to be successful, "Let's do it together" and keeps a positive frame of mind!

Sarah Beane

Sarah graduated from Quincy College in Plymouth and came to Cape Cod Rehab as a new graduate in 2021. Before starting her career in Physical therapy, she took care of adults with developmental disabilities for many years in home care. Sarah is very passionate about horseback riding and loves to take spin classes! She is also level one Burdenko Certified. She believes that finding an exercise routine that brings you joy, good nutrition, and sunshine is the perfect recipe for good mental health.

T.C. Cleary

T.C. Cleary is one of a select few physical therapists in Massachusetts to be Board Certified in Sports Physical Therapy. She received her training at Northeastern University where she was a scholarship athlete on the Women's Ice Hockey Team and has worked with Cape Cod Rehab for over 25 years. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in Musculoskeletal Management from EIM Institute of Health Professions. T.C. is a Certified Burdenko Method Instructor and a licensed EMT. She has a special interest in Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury (ACL) Injury Prevention & Treatment, Concussion Management, and particularly enjoys working with high school and college athletes. T.C. believes in treating everyone the way you would want your child or mother treated. She employs many different interventions to obtain the maximum recovery. She keeps herself active physically by continuing to play competitive hockey (goalie) and other team sports. When not playing herself, T.C. is coaching both baseball and hockey and enjoys hiking and snowshoeing in New Hampshire.

Taylor Conley

Taylor graduated from Springfield College in 2020 with a Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and Rehabilitation and Disabilities. She continued at Springfield College and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022. Before working full-time for Cape Cod Rehab she began her career there as a student therapist. Taylor played field hockey at the collegiate level and enjoys working with athletes with similar passions. She is certified in Part I of the Burdenko Method and treats patients at the Hyannis location. Taylor believes her job is not complete until her patients are equipped with the resources to restore function, overcome odds, and most importantly believe in themselves!
