Josh has nearly a decade of experience in the EV industry having been an instrumental member of the technology team of Blink's predecessor, Ecotality. Mr. Battaglia brings over 25 years of automotive and technology experience to Blink, including most recently as Vice President of Sales for the Global Automotive Division at J.D. Power. In this role, he had oversight responsibility for account directors and sales operations personnel that supported automakers across the industry. During his tenure, he successfully expanded the Company's development of new business partnerships and strategic alliances.

Vitalie brings an ambitious career of more than 15 years of finance experience, nearly 10 of which have been spent in the automotive sector. He is passionate about electric mobility and technology. He brings a result-driven attitude to his position and leads Blink's investor relations strategy and communications. Vitalie is a resourceful professional with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced organizations.
