Bob Carpenter currently engages in a private law and consulting practice that focuses on mergers acquisitions of small and closely-held businesses and on information technology. His M practice includes due diligence design and implementation, deal structuring and contract negotiation. In the technology practice Bob assists clients in negotiating and documenting business process outsourcing contracts, license agreements and technology development arrangements.
