CENTRAL COAST MEDICAL MANAGEMENT - Key Persons
Mr. Scudelari has been Pueblo Radiology Medical Group's practice manager since 1996. He became a Certified Radiologic Technologist; State of California Department of Health Services and a member of the in American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in 1978. Prior to joining PRMG, he was the Radiology Manager at Goleta Valley Community Hospital / The Breast Care Center in Santa Barbara. Mr. Scudelari is also an instructor in the Santa Barbara City College radiologic technology program. In addition to normal operations, he has had primary responsibility for implementation of PRMG's DR PACS, and manages vendor contracting, safety, compliance, new project planning, design and construction, and coordinates all staffing issues with supervisory personnel.
Mr. Scudelari's accomplishments include implementation of a wireless network between Ventura and Santa Barbara including the management of multiple vendors, radio towers, and internal and external support systems. He also manages all equipment issues (including acquisition and service), and provides direct input and guidance for department managers. Mr. Scudelari has been instrumental in the development of PRMG compliance and operations guidelines and policies. Under his direction, PRMG established an intranet site as a resource for all physicians and staff providing instant access to clinical resources, business resources, PRMG internal policies, procedures, HR information, secure payroll information, and helpful links.

Ms. Salinas became Pueblo Radiology Medical Group's (PRMG) Director of Human Resources in 2007. Prior to joining PRMG, she was the Employment Manager at Sansum Clinic. Ms. Salinas became certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources in 1999 and recertified in 2002. She is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara in Psychology and Spanish. She is responsible for all human resources matters and recruiting at PRMG, effectively combining her HR skills with her knowledge and experience of healthcare. Julie's accomplishments include improving PRMG's retirement plan administration at a cost savings, designing and updating compensation programs to manage payroll costs while remaining competitive, coordinating and reducing insurance benefit costs, and publishing a monthly newsletter to staff and employees. Julie has also been instrumental in designing orientation for new physicians and staff.

Prior to joining Pueblo Radiology Medical Group as CEO in 2006, Mr. Baldwin was the President and COO of MD Services. MD Services had radiology operations in California, Arizona and Hawaii. He was responsible for all day-to-day operations of all MD Services imaging centers.
Mr. Baldwin formerly served as the Chief Development Officer and General Counsel of Comprehensive Medical Imaging, Inc. (CMI) responsible for all of CMI's legal affairs, including business development. Mr. Baldwin handled all legal aspects of CMI's business and equipment acquisitions, human resources issues, and played a key role in the development of CMI's business strategy. Mr. Baldwin was the primary author of CMI's compliance plan and worked closely with operations and financial functions on a variety of legal and non-legal issues.
Prior to joining CMI, Mr. Baldwin was in private law practice. His practice included leasing, construction, and general business law. He represented a number of medical clients including acting as outside general counsel to a regional medical imaging company.
Mr. Baldwin is an honors graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara in Business Economics with emphasis in Accounting. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Brigham Young cum laude.
