Colleen is excited to join the Centre for Plastic Surgery team and has a passion for helping people feel like the very best version of themselves.
She is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, by the AANP, and brings over 12 years of clinical nursing and greater than five years of medical aesthetics experience. In 2009, she received her Associate's degree in Nursing, and her Bachelor of Science in 2012. Colleen became a Certified Post Anesthesia Nurse (CPAN) in 2013, and received her Master's of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner degree, in 2016.

Dr. Wong is currently Chief of Plastic Surgery at the University of California Davis Medical Center, where he is committed to excellence in patient care, research, and the plastic surgery residency training and education program. He has been on the faculty for over twenty years.
Rachael Frazier is highly trained and experienced in aesthetic injectables and laser treatments (minimally invasive).
She uses advanced cannula techniques to optimize facial aesthetic treatments by precisely injecting filler and minimizing bruising.
She is a Product Trainer to medical professionals for Sculptra Aesthetics, Allergan, and Galderma product lines.
Rachael launched national training for the fat melting product Kybella in 2014 and continues to be a product innovator in all areas of aesthetics.
