Dan joined Erickson in 2008 as a Senior Estimator and has years of estimating experience working with some of the top companies in the industry. Dan manages Erickson's estimating department, workload calendar and oversees all estimates, budgets, and bidding. Over his career he has established strong relationships with trade contractors, ensuring clients have access to cutting edge and most efficient construction methods. He tracks and collects historical data and studies market trends In order to obtain the most competitive and fair pricing. He is Green Advantage Certified and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with coursework in Civil Engineering from Widener University. Dan has a family background rooted in construction, with his construction internship having started at age 10 helping his dad on weekends. He is a former college athlete and now coaches youth football in Upper Dublin. He enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 sons, and has made cameo appearances in movies.

Diane has over 20 years of experience in the Construction industry. She joined Erickson to lead the Marketing efforts and assist with Business Development for the company. Her construction career began as a Project Engineer, after earning her Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate and focused on facade assessment, restoration, rehabilitation and adaptive reuse. As she was eventually promoted a Senior project Manager, Diane recognized her passion for relationship building and turned to Marketing and Business Development. She has focused the last several years of her career exclusively in Marketing and Business Development. Her technical understanding of the construction process will help Erickson strengthen existing relationships and form new long-term relationships with clients. Diane is the current President for the Philadelphia chapter of Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS Philadelphia) and is an active member of the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) Philadelphia Chapter, serving the board as Chapter Communications Chair. Diane holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is an avid animal rescuer, teaming with local rescues to foster and adopt dogs. Diane is a lifelong Delaware County (Delco) resident. When not rescuing dogs, she can be found running around Delco with her husband and two daughters or Sea Isle City.

John has spent most of his career, since 1992 with Erickson and has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He climbed the ranks from Laborer to Carpenter Foreman to Superintendent and has served as Erickson's General Superintendent for over 10 years. John oversees and coordinates all field staff and self-performed work on a daily basis. His ability to multi-task and juggle countless assignments at one time is complimented by his calm and personable attitude. John is Green Advantage Certified, holds an Associate's Degree in Drafting and Design Technology from Gloucester County College, and graduated from the Carpenter Apprentice School of Philadelphia as a Journeyman Carpenter. John enjoys doing his own carpentry projects on the weekends and watching his children play sports.

Mike has been a loyal team member of Erickson since 1987 and a right-hand man to brothers Mike and Charlie over the years. Mike grew with the company and assumed roles over time as Project Manager and Field Superintendent. Eventually in 2019, he was appointed Executive Vice President after serving as Vice President of Construction since 2005. Mike not only oversees all Project Management and Field Staff, but serves as Project Executive when complex constructability issues and demanding schedules require his expertise. Mike's technical construction knowledge, attention to detail and analytical capabilities enable him to break down project tasks to produce realistic schedules and identify key constructability factors early, which in turn ensure the timeliest and most cost-effective project delivery. Mike's personable demeanor results in establishing close long-term relationships with all his clients and project teams time and time again. Mike graduated from Temple University with a degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, and Construction Technology. Mike is a native of Springfield, PA and with his wife has raised his 3 daughters in the community. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Mike assumed Presidency of C. Erickson & Sons in 2019. For over 30 years, he established and deepened enduring client relationships and, with his brother Charlie, grew Erickson to the company it is today. While beginning his career as a Project Manager shortly after graduating from Spring Garden College with a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering, Mike eventually assumed the marketing and business development responsibilities for the company. He continues to nurture client relationships by serving as Principal-in-Charge for some of the company's most complex and high profile projects, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. He currently serves on the Board of the GBCA and is a member of The Union League of Philadelphia and The Carpenter's Company. Mike enjoys playing golf, vacationing with his family, and serving as an Elder in the Cresheim Valley Church of Chestnut Hill.
