Our founder, Keith Bowles, has over 40 years of experience in the carpet and rug cleaning and restoration industry. In 2006, Keith's daughter Ashley started working at the company part-time while in high school, transferring to full-time when she started college. In 2013, Ashley earned her business degree, allowing her to bring a level of expertise to running the day-to-day operations. By 2015, Ashley had worked her way up to being the office manager, overseeing CLEAN Choice's day-to-day operations.

In 2016, Ashley married her husband, Tim Parks, who now serves as CLEAN Choice's Operations Manager and Master Rug Cleaner. Currently a Certified Rug Specialist, Master Textile Cleaner, and repairman, Tim started out in the carpet and oriental rug cleaning industry in 2008 and then became a junior rug cleaner for Cunningham's Rug Cleaning in 2010, working his way up to Master Rug Cleaner in 2013, specializing in cleaning high-end Persian rugs, pet damage, and specialty rug repairs. After he and Ashley were married, Tim joined the CLEAN Choice team in 2015, bringing his specialized skills and certifications with him to expand and operate our state-of-the-art hand rug washing plant, offering clients fine rug cleaning, dyeing, moth treatment and prevention, fringe replacement, storage, appraisal, and many other high-end rug services.
