Tony has over 50 years of foodservice and laundry design experience and was on the board when Foodservice Consultants Society International (F.C.S.I.) was first formed. His focus on innovation, creative nature and the desire to learn and grow has made Tony a pioneer of the Foodservice industry. He has done consulting and project management work on more than 2000 project assignments. Although his career had focused within the hospitality industry, within the past 10 years he has expanded his offerings to other segments including Business and Industry, Healthcare and Government facilities. Ed Norman

Ed Norman will serve as Director of Management Advisory Services and Senior Designer with Clevenger. Clevenger Midwest will continue to service clients MVP has had for two decades, while also seeking to develop new business in the Midwest. Biography Graduating from Iowa State University in 1972 with a degree in Foodservice Management, Ed started his career path as a food production manager. He would spend 17 years in foodservice distribution, working his way up from salesperson to District Sales Manager and Healthcare Manager. In 1998 Ed would begin his full-time consulting career when he founded MVP Services Group, where he would remain until merging with Clevenger Associates in March of 2017. Ed is a past president of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (F.C.S.I.) Educational Foundation, past chair of F.C.S.I.-Americas Division and past president of F.C.S.I.-International. Ed is also a co-author of a college textbook, Design & Equipment for Restaurants and Foodservice (4 th Edition, ISBN #978-1-118-29774-2). Eric Norman

Biography Starting his foodservice career at the age of 14, Eric eventually moved into bartending at age 19, where he worked his way through college while studying for his BA in Business Management. Having interned at MVP Services since he was 18, Eric would go to work for the firm right out of college. Mentoring under his father Ed Norman, Eric's consulting career has focused on proper foodservice design and quality documentation. While focusing heavily on K-12 Education, Eric has also completed many design projects in all segments. Eric has been heavily involved with the Foodservice Consultants Society International (F.C.S.I.), working with the World-Wide Task Force from 2008 to 2014, the Young Member Forum as Chair and Past Chair from 2008 to 2012, the ByLaws & Governance Task Force in 2010, the Conference Planning& Steering Committee from 2011 to 2015, the Conference Planning Committee for 2012, 2014 and 2016, the F.C.S.I.-Americas, Board of Trustees as Trustee and Secretary from 2014 to 2018 and finally the F.C.S.I.-Americas Chair for 2020. Biography Tad brings over 30 years of experience with a strong background in architecture, engineering and construction, which enables him to unite client and design for successful completion on diverse projects. Tad holds associate degrees in architecture, mechanical engineering, and computer aided drafting. Expertise includes facilities design, as well as preparation of contract documents and direct supervision of all phases of any project. In addition, his extensive background in the industry in fabrication, lends a unique design perspective to every project. His experience includes computerized drafting of industrial foodservice facilities (CADD-REVIT), and coordination of complete contract documents, including plumbing, electrical, and ventilation rough-ins, cost estimates, detailed specifications and final inspection. With a focus on new design technologies, Tim is leading the charge in 3D design and documentation by staying at the cutting edge of software, techniques and workflow.
