Attorney Jeremy Weinstock is an associate at the Comitz Law Firm, focusing on all aspects of the firm's civil and commercial litigation practice. Born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, he graduated from Dallas High School and Wilkes University. He attended Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where he was a member of the Student Bar Association and the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. During law school, he served as a legal intern for the Washtenaw County Public Defender's Office and Cooley's Immigration Rights and Civil Advocacy Clinic.
Attorney Weinstock decided to return to Northeastern Pennsylvania after graduating law school to practice in an area close to his roots and extended family. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and all the courts of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association.

Attorney Reed will be providing legal counsel to Personal Injury clients throughout Northeastern PA, focusing on Civil Lawsuits, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Premises Liability, Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Claims. He will be based in the firm's Wilkes-Barre office at 46 Public Square.
Attorney Matthew Reed graduated from the Earle Mack School of Law at Drexel University, Philadelphia, graduating Magna cum laude in May of 2012, and has practiced Law for the last 10 years throughout the Northeast PA region.
Attorney Reed resides in Scranton and has two children. He coaches his children's sports activities, enjoys reading, and continues to pursue his lifelong passion of one day, writing a book.

Attorney Stephen J. Fendler provides legal counsel to Personal Injury clients throughout Northeastern PA, focusing on auto and truck accidents, slip, trip and fall injuries and work-related injuries as well as Social Security Disability claims, and estate planning and administration.
Attorney Fendler's professional affiliations have included membership in the civil litigation section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and both the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums. In 2010, Attorney Fendler was appointed by the Luzerne County Court of Common Pleas as a Special Trial Master.

Born and raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Attorney Fendler is the son of the late Seymour and Sheila Fendler. He is a graduate of Wyoming Valley West School District, the University of Pittsburgh, and the Dickinson School of Law. He started his legal career with the Law Office of Attorney Sandor Yelen and then became an associate at the Wilkes-Barre Law Firm of Winkler, Danoff and Lubin where he became a partner after 2 ½ years. In January, 1989, Steve started his own law office which grew into the practice known as Fendler & Associates, P.C. where Steve served as the managing partner. Steve has been married to the former Maria T. Kurovsky since 1988 and has two (2) adult children, Attorney Jonathan A. Fendler and Brian J. Fendler, and one grandson.
