Bob Havasi, Vice President of The Cooper Commercial Investment Group, specializes in the disposition of retail shopping centers, office buildings, net-leased and flex properties throughout the Midwest Region of the United States. Bob joined NAI Daus in 2007 and worked alongside Dan Cooper, whom he ultimately partnered with to form one of the most successful real estate investment brokerage groups in the Midwest. Bob has been recognized by The CoStar Group as a "Power Broker", while helping the Cooper Group attain significant sales achievements year-over-year. Bob received a degree in Business from the Nance College of Business Administration at Cleveland State University with a focus on finance. Bob possesses superior market knowledge of the Midwest Region as well as net-leased investments throughout the country. Bob's work ethic fosters quality relationships between himself and all clients with whom he has worked with over the years. Dan Cooper, President, Owner and Broker of The Cooper Commercial Investment Group, specializes in investment sales of shopping centers, retail, office and flex properties, throughout the Eastern half of the United States. During the past several years, Dan has completed sales transactions, cumulatively totaling over $1.2 Billion worth of investment capital. Building on early success, Dan consistently earned the title of Top Producer in his years at NAI (2006-2008), as well as the election by Crain's Cleveland Business as one of the "Top 20 in their 20's," recognizing Dan as one of the twenty most successful Northern Ohioans in their twenties. Dan has also been recognized from 2007-2018 by The CoStar Group as a "Power Broker" and Midwest Real Estate News has inducted Dan to the CRE Hall of Fame and has received the "Best of the Best" designation for many years. With a degree in finance from John Carroll University's School of Business with cum-laude achievement, Dan has taken his high level of Economic and Financial knowledge, perceptivity and insight to a new level, which has helped him in traditional sales, as well as a creative and more visionary, outside-the-box type approach to certain investment sales. Sarah's most recent experiences with a national development company and boutique real estate firm, both located in Cleveland, Ohio, have provided her with an understanding of the time sensitive nature of real estate sales, as well as the importance of effective marketing and accurate project abstracting. While working for a mid-sized title company and a family-owned title company, Sarah mastered the process of information and document organization leading up to and through the closing process. With her various skills, Sarah helps ensure that The Cooper Commercial Investment Group's transactions move forward efficiently and with the highest level of professional integrity.
