Hours before the start of the event , our entire team arrives onsite with fully equipped catering trucks containing all of the appropriate equipment ranging from industrial convection ovens and fryers to tables, plate settings and specialty linens. Our goal is to make sure the client and their guests have the most memorable experience with unique food/station/decor presentations, great service, and exceptional food so that our clients can relax..
