My family has been hosting a pumpkin festival for the past 17 years on our farm in Three Bridges, N.J. Due to my food handling and food safety knowledge, my work with the County Board of Health, followed by many barbecue classes and of course my passion for great BBQ, I was the obvious choice to head up the food services at our six-week festival. As the event became more popular, we began catering many local parties, larger events, corporate outings, casual farm weddings & fundraisers... Today, our family business, Dan's Backyard BBQ, LLC is proud to cater everything from family celebrations, farm weddings to large corporate events. We provide professional service and the best barbecue from our custom-built cooking rigs. These 20-foot beauty's have full kitchens and custom designed smokers.
