AMERICAN ART FESTIVALS

It was a challenge producing the festival in 2021 and this year could be even more problematic. Although hospitalizations and deaths are going down, the pandemic is still with us. And people-whether vaccinated or not-will continue to be wary of attending indoor events... We will announce after the first of the year, if there will be a 2023 Sacramento Arts Festival.
