Anthony Posa is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeal for the Third Circuit. He is also a licensed Title Agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Anthony is a graduate of The University of Pittsburgh and the Duquesne University School of Law. Anthony handles a broad range of real estate specific litigation matters, including landlord-tenant disputes and evictions, real estate assessment appeals, actions to quiet title, partition actions, seller disclosure claims, short term rentals and zoning matters, and real estate contract arbitration and mediation. Beth Fischman is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law. Her practice includes a variety of matters related to litigating landlord tenant issues and representation of homeowners and condominium associations. Beth sits on the Board of her homeowners association. Beth also focuses on transactional matters related to the sale and purchase of real estate, residential and commercial leasing and land use and zoning issues. Beth also represents parties in probate matters. She has successfully obtained a surcharge in excess of $495,000.00 on behalf of her client against the Power of Attorney, which was upheld on appeal of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Rob Cowburn is an Associate Attorney and Co-Chair of the Firm's Estate Planning practice. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Rob assists clients in matters involving individual estate planning and administration and entity succession interests. Rob also serves business clients in a wide range of legal matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and litigation.
Rob is a Boston, MA native, originally transplanted to Pittsburgh just before high school. Rob graduated with a B.S. from Point Park University before returning to Boston where he attended Suffolk University Law School, graduating with honors. During law school Rob was member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Honors Fraternity and served as a law clerk for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.
Rob returned to Pittsburgh to begin his legal career as a practicing trial attorney in criminal defense, civil rights, and oil and gas lease disputes. Rob has served as outside general council to corporate clients and litigation of business/corporate matters, as well as appellate practice including complex litigation related to election law statutory reform successfully resolved in the United States Supreme Court.

Sarah Morrison is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Youngstown State University where she was a member of the Women's golf team and Zeta Tau Alpha. Following graduation at Youngstown State University, Sarah attended Duquesne University School of Law. During her time as a solo practitioner, Sarah gained extensive knowledge in the landlord tenant field including helping clients navigate the restrictions put into place by Covid-19 and developing plans by which her clients could still make progress on their cases.
Along with landlord tenant issues Sarah's practice includes homeowners and condominium associations, transactional matters relating to the sale and purchase of real estate, residential and commercial leasing, land use and zoning issue, estate planning, and general civil litigation. Outside of work, Sarah sits on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Beaver County and serves as the head girls golf coach of North Allegheny High School.
