​Caroline has 20 years of management and program development experience in the nonprofit sector and looks forward to the opportunity to support your organization. She has a masters degree in Arts Administration from Boston University and a strong background in arts & culture and nonprofit management, having worked at several museums and art centers in Miami-Dade and Greater Boston, including History Miami, Frost Art Museum, and Coral Gables Museum. Caroline has a strong record of increasing organizational budgets through government and foundation grants, corporate sponsorships, special events and campaigns, and other fundraising initiatives. Since 2018, she has provided consulting services for a variety of nonprofit and for-profit clients, helping them to identify and successfully compete for funding to enhance their organization's general operations and programs. She volunteers for two nonprofits, Waterway Neighborhood Association and South Florida Cub Scout Pack 280, where she uses her professional experience and skills to support important local causes. She takes pride in matching donor interests with public programs and securing federal and state resources for valuable local programs in Miami-Dade County.

Ecostrata Services Founder and President, Robert Ruano has over 30 years of management experience, both in the private and public sector. His experience includes many years in City of Miami government, overseeing all grant applications and environmental initiatives. Among his accomplishments at Ecostrata are more than $15 million in awards for clients; funding such important projects as the renovation of a threatened historic building and a critical care hospital in Haiti.
Robert believes that community service is crucial to being a good corporate citizen, as such, he volunteers and chairs several community boards and volunteers at community events. Currently, he serves as a trustee for the Arbor Day Foundation and as a board member of Nevada Plants. In addition, Robert is a past Chair of the Miami-Dade Planning Advisory Board and co-founder of Bike Walk Coral Gables. These organizations benefit from free advice, hours and dollars that help them help our own community. A win for everyone.
