Carrie has been in the stop-loss industry for twenty years with extensive experience underwriting various risks including small group, large group, level funded, captives, prescription drug and MEC. For her undergraduate studies, she dual majored in Risk Management & Human Resources Management. She also holds an MBA degree with a concentration in Risk Management & Insurance from Temple University. She is very active in the stop-loss industry as well as her community. She has served on the healthcare and conference committees of SIIA, and as a mentor for Temple University's Gamma Iota Sigma mentorship program. In addition, she has volunteered for the Children's Crisis Treatment Center, the Free Library of Philadelphia, and was named Mentor of the Year by Philadelphia's Achieving Independence Center.

Heather N. Reynolds, Esq. serves on the senior leadership team as Chief Compliance and Administrative Officer for FNA Insurance Services, Inc. Ms. Reynolds earned her Bachelor of Science degree from St. John's University in 1995 and her Juris Doctor from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1998, immediately after which she began her career in health care and insurance with Davis Vision, Inc. as Director, Contract Administration. She became Assistant Vice President for Contracting and Regulatory Compliance for Davis Vision in 2002, playing an integral role in the growth of the company over 13 years. Ms. Reynolds has over 20 years of experience in health and insurance benefits. As Chief Compliance Officer for EKA Insurance Services will manage the legal and regulatory affairs of the company and provide guidance to brokers and their customers on various compliance and regulatory matters. Working alongside the C-suite executives of numerous national carrier-owned third-party administrations, Jeremy has been instrumental in developing customized reporting analytics that is in current and frequent use throughout the broker community. Kristen Bolnick, Director of Account Management has over 10 years' experience in the insurance industry. She began her career at a large General Agent for employee benefits. In 2014 she made the move to EKA as a Senior Account Manager and began to streamline and organize the employee benefit book of business. Through her outstanding customer service and attention to detail, she helped the company grow and began to help recruit, train and oversee all other Account Managers which lead to her current role. As President of EKA Planning Services Inc. & Affiliates, Peter understands the ever-changing Corporate Benefits landscape. He has effectively created sophisticated employee benefit programs which adhere to the budgetary constraints of both small and large business. With over 30 years of experience, Peter has learned to effectively communicate products to employers, guiding them through the decision making process and landscaping a communication based education for employees to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. Peter has become adept in understanding a client's business operations and employee demographic, which allows him to incorporate appropriate benefit programs with the goals his customers have in mind.

Tim Moran, Director of Sales is a seasoned sales operator with 16 years of experience in the healthcare and employee benefits arena. He started his career working in specialty pharmacy and dealing directly with pre authorizations of diseases specific high dollar therapies. Working in world renowned teaching hospitals around the country, Tim discovered a passion for patient advocacy and helping people navigate the complex landscape of healthcare and insurance reimbursement. With this newfound passion, there was a natural progression of helping companies of all sizes acquire benefits for their employees. Tim works with business owners, Chief Financial Officers, and Directors of HR to find solutions to employee benefit pain points and pitfalls. A graduate of Siena College in Loudonville, NY, in his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and playing golf.
