Andrew is a lifelong hotelier, starting his career as a bellman. Over the years he worked numerous property level operational roles and loved every minute of it. He has several key leadership roles at the Wingate Inn brand as well as Wyndham Hotel Group.
Most recently, Andrew was with Vantage Hospitality. He successfully ran their eCommerce, Distribution and IT departments. During his time, Andrew brought new ideas to Vantage, a franchisor that had over 1,100 economy and mid-market hotels across the US. Andrew also held the title of VP, Marketing Operations for Red Lion Hotels where he was able to drive the Marketing department's projects and priorities.

Sharon is the VP of Operations for ENG Infotech. She has a Master of Business Administration Degree with a focus in Marketing. Her experience includes management positions in sales, product management and marketing at AT&T, Intel, as well as a number of National Retail Organizations. She has also owned her own Consulting Firm and been a consultant with 2 major global consulting firms. Prior to joining ENG Infotech she was a Senior Product Manager, Internet Products for the Hospitality Industry at Sonifi Solutions; which provides Internet Access, IOT and Television to both the Hospitality and Healthcare industries.
