EPRD is excited to unveil a new Outdoor Hot Tub and Cold Plunge at Buchanan Park Rec Center Pool. The new Outdoor Hot Tub has a maximum occupancy of 8. The new Cold Plunge has a maximum occupancy of 1 and a maximum time limit of 3 minutes.....
