Anthony (Tony) Falcone

Anthony opened Falcone Law in 2009 and is practising business law, real estate and wills and estate planning. Prior to law school Tony graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Criminology. Anthony has served as a member and Acting Chair of Oakville's Cultural Advisory Committee, and is currently a member of the Oakville Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys hockey, skiing and a good movie.

Daniel Bachmutsky

Job Titles:
  • Associate Lawyer
Daniel Bachmutsky, B.A. (Hons.), J.D., practices corporate, real estate, and estate planning and administration law. He joined Falcone Law Professional Corporation as an associate lawyer in January 2021. Previously, his passion for corporate law led him to work for a large manufacturing corporation, where he provided legal advice to the board of directors and to the officers on a broad range of issues, including real estate acquisitions. Daniel completed his articles at a Toronto-based law firm specializing in estate and trust litigation, and was called to the bar in 2019. While attending law school at the University of Windsor, Daniel worked diligently to advocate for his clients at Community Legal Aid. He brings the same dedication and resourcefulness to his clients at Falcone Law. In his spare time, Daniel likes to write and produce music.

Laurie Chu

  • Associate Lawyer
Laurie Chu, J.D. practices in the areas of real estate law, corporate law, and wills and estates. She joined the firm as an associate lawyer in August 2019 after her call to the bar earlier in the same year. Laurie earned her law degree at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, she worked at various private law firms and legal clinics, gaining over a decade of experience in the legal field.

Mary Chu

Mary Chu is our 2L summer law student preparing to enter her 3rd year of law school. Prior to law school, Mary graduated from York University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts, Honours. Mary has also obtained years of previous experience with another boutique law firm throughout her undergraduate and post-graduate education.

Victoria Zeppieri

Job Titles:
  • Administrative Assistant
Victoria Zeppieri, B.A. Criminology, graduated from York University in 2018. She joined the firm as a legal administrative assistant in August 2020. Victoria is responsible for organizing and maintaining client files, preparing and compiling client documents and reports, preparing and organizing corporate minute books, and takes initiative in providing additional administrative support to our team. She is trained in Fast Company and continues to further her knowledge and skills by actively seeking opportunities to learn more about the areas of real estate, corporate, and wills and estates law.
