Louie is a Cocoa Beach, Florida Native born on the banks of the Banana River and raised under the shadow of the Space Program along the Indian River Lagoon.
Louie has an extensive background in Florida Agriculture and Horticulture and is considered a leading entrepreneur along Florida's Space Coast. As an adjunct to his Floraculture business he founded The Florida Key Lime Pie Company in 2006 and later founded the Florida Key Lime Pie Festival as has served as its Director since 2012.
