FAI was started in April 2001, founded by President, Dino Grillo. After completing four + years as the Software Engineering Manager for Rockwell Electric, Inc. Dino left the company to start Freedom Automation, Inc. After the first year, Harvey Quintero, Vice President a Senior Software Engineer from Rockwell Electric joined the company as one of the majority stockholders. This project team performed the most complex of the Systems Integration projects for Rockwell Electric, Inc. Since inception, Freedom Automation has been a service first company and has 24 years experience in providing our customers unparalleled expertise in SCADA systems and their components.
